Refund Policy

Free trial

Paid plans start with a 14-day complimentary trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you do nothing, your subscription begins at the end of the trial.

Subscriptions (Pro and Leadership Pro)

You can cancel any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

One-time purchases

One-time products — such as TACT Mastery, Conversation Playbooks, and the Custom Script Blueprint — are delivered digitally. Because access is granted immediately, these purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. If something goes wrong with your purchase or access, contact us and we will make it right.

When we will refund

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or experienced a technical problem on our side that prevented you from using what you paid for, email us and we will refund the affected charge.

Organizational pilots and advisory

Pilot programs, team plans, and advisory engagements are governed by the agreement signed for that engagement. Cancellation and refund terms are set in that agreement.

How to request a refund

Email info@st4yreadyconsulting.com from the email address on your account, and include what you purchased and when. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
