Acceptance
By creating a TACT account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What TACT is — and isn't
TACT is an AI-assisted communication tool for workplace conversations. It is not legal, HR, medical, or therapeutic advice. For decisions with legal or regulatory exposure (terminations, harassment, discrimination), consult a qualified professional. Book a ST4Y READY consult if you need a human strategist.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to use TACT.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive content.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI.
- No sharing of accounts.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds, but reach out if something's wrong and we'll make it right.
AI output
AI-generated scripts are suggestions — review and adapt them before using. You're responsible for what you say in your own conversations.
Liability
TACT is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ST4Y READY's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app.
