Our approach
TACT is built for sensitive workplace conversations. Privacy isn't a feature — it's the foundation. We collect the minimum data needed to deliver the service and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account data: your name and email when you sign up.
- Content you save: scenarios and scripts you save to your Playbook.
- Usage data: basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
PII scrubbing
Before any text you enter reaches our AI provider, names, companies, emails, and phone numbers are removed in your browser. The AI sees a generic version of your scenario.
Who we share data with
- AI provider (for script generation, scrubbed text only)
- Stripe (for payment processing)
- Supabase (database, auth, hosting infrastructure)
We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. For GDPR/CCPA requests, email privacy@st4yready.com.
