Privacy Policy

Our approach

TACT is built for sensitive workplace conversations. Privacy isn't a feature — it's the foundation. We collect the minimum data needed to deliver the service and we never sell your data.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name and email when you sign up.
  • Content you save: scenarios and scripts you save to your Playbook.
  • Usage data: page views, referrer, and feature usage. We store a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage so repeat visits can be counted without identifying you.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

PII scrubbing

Before any text you enter reaches our AI provider, we automatically attempt to remove names, companies, email addresses, and phone numbers, and we store only that scrubbed version. Automated scrubbing is not perfect — please avoid entering details you would not want stored, such as medical information or government ID numbers.

Who we share data with

  • AI provider (for script generation, scrubbed text only)
  • Stripe (for payment processing)
  • Supabase (database, auth, hosting infrastructure)
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate traffic measurement)
  • Email delivery provider (sending account, guide, and notification emails)

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

You can export your data or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. For GDPR/CCPA requests, email info@st4yreadyconsulting.com.

Team and Enterprise accounts

If your employer provides TACT through a Team or Enterprise workspace, workspace administrators can see aggregate usage about members — how many scripts were generated, how many playbook items were saved, and when the member was last active. Administrators cannot read the content of your situations, scripts, playbook entries, or roleplay sessions.

TACT
TACT uses AI. AI can make mistakes — review every script before you use it, and confirm anything with legal, HR, or medical stakes with a qualified professional.
