Who's behind it
ST4Y READY was founded by Darrius Smith, a leadership and organizational-readiness consultant who has spent his career in the room for the hardest conversations companies have: terminations, restructures, performance turnarounds, and executive conflict. He has coached managers and senior leaders across corporate, government, and non-profit settings — and trained HR and L&D teams on how to deliver hard news without losing trust or exposing the organization.
Where the frameworks come from
Situation-Behavior-Impact feedback, boundary-setting, managing up without insubordination — every framework inside TACT comes out of that consulting practice, not a prompt library.
